Newbern Engagement

What an incredible day to be in the park. Amongst all the people there for the morning Farmer's Market and the kids sliding down the slide...there they were, an adorable new couple getting ready to take their vows in March! Not sure of what they wanted we decided to go for the very candid set. Which happens to be my favorite...guess we will just have to wait and see what her parents think about them... :) did I mention that i love Railroad tracks...and now I also love this fountain....

Baby Keith's Shower

BABIES, BABIES, BABIES

Expecting parents Teresa and Shane are having a baby boy, and what a better way to celebrate this joyous occasion than a baby shower. Especially one stocked with wine, not for the mommy-to-be but for the rest of us and most of all for the men who tagged along. Couples baby showers a new-found-fad, I had never had the experience until this past Saturday and all in all it was not bad. I had a good time, it was at a super-cute restuarant downtown called Noon Midtown, (http://www.noonmidtown.com/) typically only open until 3pm but they have recently decided to open it up for special events such as this in the later hours of the day. Great place, but I suggest not parking in the FREE parking deck, until it becomes a pay parking deck.
